The East Meets West experience at Jaspé is a celebration of culinary diversity brought together in one generous, cross-cultural spread. Thoughtfully curated to reflect Singapore’s layered food heritage, the buffet invites guests to explore Western classics, Asian signatures and the much-anticipated return of Nasi Padang — all within a single, abundant dining journey.

Begin at the chilled seafood bar with sweet hoso prawns, green mussels and venus clams, before moving on to European charcuterie and artisanal cheeses. Live stations present local favourites such as Singapore Laksa, Prawn Noodles and Seafood Pao Fan, alongside freshly prepared pasta selections ranging from arrabbiata to laksa cream.

The Canton roasting station showcases roasted duck, crackling pork belly, char siew and Hainanese poached chicken served with fragrant rice and traditional condiments. A seasonal highlight, the rotating Nasi Padang selection features robust Indonesian specialities including Ayam Rendang, Daging Rendang, Ayam Gulai Padang, Udang Masak Lemak and Ikan Assam Pedas, paired with turmeric or blue pea rice.

Western mains and Asian signatures rotate daily, complemented by an indulgent dessert spread of French pastries, durian mousse, panna cotta, tropical fruits and warm Asian sweets.
